Woman, 25 is charged with murder after kidnapping baby boy with two men, setting him on fire and leaving him to die on Louisiana railroad tracks

A six-month-old baby boy was kidnapped, set on fire and dumped near train tracks in Louisiana last week and a woman has been charged for his death. Baby Levi Cole Ellerbe was kidnapped on July 17 after two people came to his mother Hanna Barker's trailer door just after 9pm and sprayed her in the face with what she believed was mace and took her son. Barker ran to get away after she was sprayed in the face with the substance and when she went back home, she found her infant son was missing. A search for baby Levi began immediately and, less than 90 minutes after, police were alerted to a fire nearby the railroad, where they found a badly burned six-month-old boy. Levi was rushed to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in a critical condition but died on Wednesday from his injuries. U.S President Donald Trump insisted on Sunday night that he was not a racist, after days of people pointing out that his recent comments on immigration were racist. Trump reportedly called Haiti and multiple African nations “shithole” countries on Thursday during an Oval Office meeting with lawmakers. The president slammed the idea of restoring certain protections for immigrants from such regions and asked why the United States didn’t take in more immigrants from countries such as Norway. Politicians, reporters, celebrities and activists quickly condemned Trump’s remarks and called the president a racist. On Sunday, he fought back against that criticism while speaking with the White House press pool at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. No, I’m not a racist.
